If you choose to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your service, you will be charged 50% of the appointment total. Your card on file will be charged. A new appointment cannot be scheduled until the cancellation fee is paid. ​ If you are a new hand-tied extension appointment, I allow a ONE TIME reschedule of your initial extension appointment. You must notify me 72 hours before your appointment. Failure to notify me 72 hours before your initial appointment will result in the forfeit of your $500 retainer. You will be required to pay the cancellation fee, as well as, a new non refundable retainer. ​ Late: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you are choosing to forfeit your appointment time. Your appointment will be cancelled. You must pay the cancellation fee before you will be able to rebook your appointment. ​ No Call/No Show: If you choose to no call/no show any scheduled service, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Your card on file will be charged.
